Quality Control all along our process

QUAL-1
A dedicated team of biologists and chemists

SLab permanently controls the quality of finished products with dedicated analytical tools, before and after the extraction process. Our biologists and chemists are monitoring larvae growing conditions and all chemicals parameters.

By permanently adjusting parameters of the different process steps, we check real time if larvae are mature enough for chitin extraction, and we adjust the extraction parameters based on real larvae achievements, to fine tune the refining of our chitosan.

IMPROVING AND OPENING NEW HORIZONS

We are improving each day our production unit and our products through chemical and biological monitoring. Hence why we can propose our customers a bespoke range of finished products, matching their process or market specifications.

We are permanently adapting and developing solutions issued from our new resource material. This new offer opens a market for solutions and products with sustainable, more environmentally friendly profiles.

Develop sustainable solutions

Introduce Insect solutions to new markets and products

Products and by-products that are issued from our insect growing facility allow us, using the flexibility, granularity of our industrial concept and the researches associated, to adapt live our rearing system.

We can therefore propose alternatives to existing supplies and methods (mainly shrimp shells), which are limited in expansion and hard to control and audit from A to Z. All our products can be fine-tuned to match any quality requirements from all industries of the targeted markets.
